HR-B licence allows the holder to drive HR vehicles with an automatic and Synchromesh gearboxes. HR-B licence opens many employment possibilities as many Transport companies, as well as mining companies, have a fleet of Synchromesh heavy vehicles.

In this program, you’ll learn how to operate a 16-ton HR, 3 axle vehicle with a synchromesh 6 speed gearbox using single clutch . An HR licence also allows you to drive an articulated buses.

Eligibility Requirements for an HR Training Course

Before you can take the test, you must meet specific requirements. An individual must:

Hold a current WA C-Class driver's licence for at least 2 years.
Have an Australian LR or MR Licence for at least one year.
Provide secondary proof of identity.
Applicants are required to take the eyesight test when applying for heavy vehicle driver's license.The eyesight can be conducted at the DOT office or agent whenever you apply for your licence or at the RTO office if you decide to be trained and & assessed by them.If you use visual aids to pass the eyesight test, So you can not drive without visual aids because there will be a condition on your license.
Applicants are required to declare any kind of health and medical condition which impairs their ability to control a heavy vehicle.
Have prior experience with manual car or synchromesh vehicles
Understand clutch and high low-range gears

If you’re planning to obtain your licence with us there will be 1 day face to face 4 hours training and assessment included.
